Too spread out, too confusing. Makes o'hare look organized. Staff were helpful but more signage is definitely needed. And I know you and the faa know what's best for everyone and all that but jayzus how about some designated smoking areas?
You’d better get to this airport at least 3 hours early if you want to make your flight. I’ve flown out of here many times and each time it was a total cluster f*ck at TSA and the gates.
I arrived early and everything went smoothly.

Old, no electrical plugs at gates, very few good choices. Avoid if you can.
