The airport is named after a corrupt politician. Don’t expect much.
Been sitting on our plane (Alaska Airline 853) for over a hour now on the taxi way waiting to pull up to a gate. Get your act together in that air traffic control tower! Ridiculous & what are we waiting for ?! To pull up to an outdated airport.
This airport is in terrible shape
My bag was rummaged through and the bag itself was damaged. No TSA card was found in my bag, however I found that items to my military uniforms were stolen including misc items such as socks and my laptop to which I still have my battery for that the airline clerk told me to remove and place in a carry on. I cannot speak on behalf of the professionalism of the airport itself, however they need to check on the crew to prevent this type of criminal behavior from happening again. This airport is very outdated. There is minimal options to charge your electronic devices. The Wi-Fi is not reliable. Do not get stuck in the airport as there are no mats and you have to leave the gate area at midnight but you can return at 4am. The restrooms have limited stalls and are are very outdated. Its like a flash from the 1970's in the gate areas. This place needs a serious remodel.
