Had to wait outside of the gate and it was so hot, Then there were no charging stations at the gate no USB charging station either

Tsa at this airport are very friendly and helpful. Only problems was are boarding gate was changed and an airport worker gave us wrong information. But hey it happens sometimes. Over all great experience

Filthy dirty and dated beyond understanding. This was a terrible first and last impression to Honolulu. With the volume of travelers you have coming through surely you must have the money to make updates? It feels like a mall that is going out of business. The tsa staff were rude, impatient and unkind to passengers that didn’t speak English too and I found that an embarrassment as a us resident that people would be treated like that. This airport is without question the worst airport I've traveled out of. Parking was insane, car rental was extremely confusing, signage in the airport was horrible, and the space within the airport was cramped and very inefficient. If I didn't have to come back here I wouldn't.
