This airport is absolutely 3rd world. Virtually unchanged since my first visit in 1984. And even worse, barely maintained.
I was not thrilled with the gate area in the Honolulu airport. There was only 1 power outlet for over 100 people. The food was not bad
Hey TSA... at the peak of summer travel, maybe open up more than one precheck lane. I just saw you close the main lanes with tons of your works just aimlessly milling around. Meanwhile the lone precheck lane is backed up a mile long.
Great customer service! Make sure you are 3 hours early for domestic fights!
because its the only airport here in Hawaii. So far no complaints that has been done in my part. I love the personnel treat me. so happy for the service.
