Possibly the worst airport I’ve ever been to! Only one security checkpoint for all passengers travelling to US mainland, other islands or international, which was a mess! Queue was filling the whole curb of the airport and took a good 45 mins to clear! Counted at least 4 TSA precheck all empty. They could adjust and open a TSA precheck when a situation like this occurs. Then a shuttle takes you to another terminal where there are barely few shops and one restaurant. RecommendedNice shopping stores when your about to leave ... otherwise hot and long long walk to pick up 🧳 luggage.
absolutely the worst airport. directions were horrible. signage is not good. very few charging stations.
12 hours in a plane is long enough now you feel the need to leave 300 tourists sitting on the tarmac no gate really on a Sunday wtf
another example of rotting old US infrastructure, hideous old airport like a caricature of 60's. Nowhere to wait for connections until you can check and get inside, not that the facilities are much better. Finally they have machines when you arrive internationally which speeds things up

Need more space and new terminals too.... need let the handicap go to first not following the passengers by TSA
Airport is nice when you get to the air condition building and it was a quick checkin and to gate happened much easier then we thought with taking a lot less time Our flight was delayed but overall good experience and we had fun in Hawaii
