Absolutely organised chaos , people everywhere no order , worst international airport I’ve been in and I’ve been to a lot of big busy international airport . Lines are massive and slow , nearly everyone was having issues with self check in points so had to line up in huge slow lines. Signage throughout airport is terrible we had to ask a lot of staff about where we needed to go with cranky responses. This airport is in terrible shape. It does not represent Hawaii very well at all. Get it fixed. It looks like it did in the 80's. That was a long time ago. Get going faster !!!!
It’s still crazy just to drop off but place is getting cleaner and service a lot better
How about providing a common service for people leaving a car at the airport - a jump start. I know it’s my fault the battery died, but how about some of that Aloha spirit everyone talks about so much. Instead I have to call a tow company and wait hours for them to come. You’re telling me you don’t have anyone that can assist. But when I called, I was told no. I guess Aloha is just when it’s convenient.
