Dan was professional, on time and knew exactly what the problem was. Fifteen minutes later he was on his way with the problem solved. Dan's service call fee is reasonable. Unfortunately, parts were not.

Dan did a great job diagnosing and fixing the dryer. He was prompt and cleaned up after himself. A trustworthy repairman no doubt.
I was afraid the compressor in my refrigerator had failed... Dan identifed the problem as a control switch, almost immediately. He had my fridge cooling again in less than 30 minutes... Wish I had called him sooner. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

This isn't necessarily a negative response on Dan Demers. It is a negative response on the specific service I received. My dishwasher was coating many of my dishes with white film before Dan came. My dishwasher is still coating my dishes with white film after Dan has left. In fairness, he did seem competent and was able to test for any mechanical failures that might be causing the problem.
