Arrived same day. Service call price about the same as a appliance store.
Very friendly and responsive as well came back several occasions to make any adjustments.

This was my first time to hire Dan. He repaired my washing machine. I was desperate (the washer was full of clothes and full of water) and he was able to come out the very next day. The other companies I called could not come for 2 or 3 days. His work was excellent and his price very reasonable. I will use him again.
