He was just okay...was expecting more because of all the high ratings of him on this website. I will say he came out within 2 hours of us calling for the initial service call, so that was good. However, he initially quoted us $140 to repair the condenser fan, and after all was said and done it cost us $240. Not happy with the $100 overage from the initial quote. Better communication would have been the solution here. He simply showed up with the new motor and informed us it was going to cost $240. Overall I'd say he's okay..... read more

Dan arrived on time, fixed the appliance much faster than I thought possible and charged a very reasonable price. He was very friendly and professional. I would use him again and would recommend him to family and friends.
After doing a search on this website, Dan called me and scheduled an appointment to come look at my dryer. He was able to come on the next day and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. His service call fee was comparable to others, and considering his professionalism and ability to do the repair he definitely set himself apart from the others!

They came in and were out in 15 minutes. The only thing that held me back from giving Dan Demers Appliance Repair 5 stars was the price. $168 to replace a small part in an oven seems a little high. I think the mark up on the part was too high. A brand new oven would have only cost about $600.....Other than that they were great.
