Dan was quick to respond to my call. Once at the house, it took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. Once he got my go-ahead, he was done in 15 minutes. Dan is not the least expensive repair man you will find, but given his knowledge and skill, he is worth it. I would recommend him to my friends.
Dishwasher leaking and not turning off. First visit he told us there is nothing wrong with it. Told us we needed to read the manual! 2nd visit: decided he needed to "order a part" said the bottom drawer was stuck because the floor was warped. I went online to figure out how to remove the drawer to find power cover up and broken and that was why the drawer wouldn't close. He came back with "the part" which was a hose. Dan had to make two trips to my house - -it wasn't the oven element as I first thought, it was the clock timer controler (not cheap). Dan was very timely, knowledgable and I will defiantely keep in my contact list (not too many are added this easily --I'm particular) if I have future applaince issues.
I am very pleased with the work Dan Demer did on my washer. He charges a very fair price.
Mr, Deemers came out and fixed the problem but the thing is something happened and the washer flooded my utility room.... I contacted him again and he came back the next day and fixed what ever the problem was and now it works fine. But now my sub flooring has been wet and I hope it doesn't get rotten or moldy.
Responded promptly and repaired dryer quickly. Experienced professional. Would use again.
