Ice maker motor died. Dan replaced old unit with a new unit. He had the new one with him and it only took about 25 minutes total for the service call. Quick response,fair price. I would use him again.

MR. DEMER CAME AND REMOVED OUR ICEMAKER FROM OUR REFRIGERATOR AS IT WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE......SAID HE COULD GET US AN ICE MAKER,BUT WE DECIDED IT WASN'T WORTH THE HASSLE.......VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE...WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM SHOULD WE EVER HAVE ANYMORE APPLIANCE TROUBLES....
Dan was great to work with. Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed problem with my stand-alone ice maker, and ordered needed part. Came back in two days to install. Cost was very reasonable. I'll use him for all future appliance repairs.
Dan is quiet and to the point. No frills nor sales pitches. Some people may not like that but you need to look past the "showmanship" some other companies throw at you and get down to business. Dan knows his trade, he did the work quickly and did it so fast that I missed the whole repair by walking out of the kitchen for 5 minutes. I will definitely call on Dan for my next appliance repair.
