Service man did not come with a ladder or appropriate tools to do the job. Problem with our dryer was discussed over the phone and the likely problem was identified. However repairman was not prepared or equipped to do the necessary work. Was charged a fee for nothing. Highly dissatisfied.
I have used Dan before and will certainly use him again. He is straightforward and honest.

Came to repair leak behind refrigerator and it was making noises from broken fan. He came out quickly and made repairs without any problems. would hire again.
I had an entire houseful of people in my home for Christmas, and wouldn't you know it my washing machine started making weird noises on Friday afternoon, December 23. It was not agitating. I called several repair people and no-one would even consider coming out until Tuesday 12/27. Dan Demers came out that afternoon (12/23) and had the washing machine repaired and running within an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely call him again.

I am very pleased with the work Dan Demers did. After inspecting the job he told me what is was going to cost. Upon my approval he replaced the sink disposal in a timely fashion. We have had Zero issues with the new disposal or the connections. Highly recommended.
