I was not home during the service, so unfortunately I did not meet Dan, but my daughter was there and he she said he did a very thorough job, and it turned out that there was nothing really wrong with my washer, but we just need to use a lower wash setting going forward....we always use extra large, and the water seeps over the top of the tub. :(

Dan contacted me right away. He set up a time to come repair my dishwasher. He arrived right on time and quickly determined what the issue was. He ordered the part and came back a few days later to install it. While he was doing it, my husband asked him whether he repaired gas stove tops too. He said yes and repaired the 3 burners that were not lighting.

Came into the house, took a look at the refrigerator and said he could not fix the sealed system. That we had to contact an authorized factory outlet. All of that was fine. It is just that we were charged $75 for less than 15 minutes.
