We had some scheduling conflicts, but it was just as much our fault as anything else. Dan did a good job of assessing the problem. Even provided us with a list of contractors to use for it. (Dan discovered for us the washer was not the issue, but our water heater.) Dan seemed like a good person, and I would recommend him to a friend having similar problems.

Dan diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator correctly and repaired it quickly. I would call him again if I needed another repair.
He was on time and corrected the problem. My only issue was that I felt overcharged.
