No sooner had I entered the information on your website and before I could even close it out, my phone rang and it was Dan Demer. He was in my area and was at my house within 30 minutes. My situation was troubling to him at first and then he realized that my refrigerator door had been put on wrong, causing a loss of temperature inside. He quickly put the door on correctly and there has been no more trouble. He nailed the problem right on the head. I am very pleased.
