I just waited an hour at D'Ambrosio Eye Care in Lancaster Mass for my 18 month old baby to have her vision checked per request of early intervention... An hour and they did not even see her. the appointment was scheduled for 2:20 p.m and by 3:20 p.m. I had to walk out without her being seen as I had a conference call scheduled for 3:30 p.m. thinking I had enough time.. They make you wait for hours, when getting pictures taken of your eyes they stop in the middle of it to squeeze someone else in and make you wait more. Horrible place, seek other eyes doctors
I don't believe the doctors there are very honest and forthcoming with information that is asked by their patients. I felt as if I was not being told everything and the doctor tried to avoid my question and ran out of the room when confronted on an issue that made him uncomfortable.
