Your staff wrote the WRONG prescription for me after a three hour eye exam and now I need to waste more time and money to get a new eye exam with the SAME doctor? Why are they blaming ME for their mistake and how will seeing the same doctor make the outcome any better?? Staff members at the desk are rude and are probably responsible for the error. They have doctor's that specialize in caring for kids birth to 7years old. I couldn't find anyone. they are patient, caring and treat the kids as their own. also available for emergency metal in the eye when my husband needed it (X2).no questions asked just said come in now. All employees from the front desk to the doctor were polite and pleasant. BEST OF THE BEST!
Be on time! Regardless of what time a day you book your appointment, it is NEVER on time. It's an all morning investment just to have your yearly exam!
Friendly staff and at least they have a sense of humor. I was there about 1.5 hours. Found eye glass frames within my budget
Excellentl vision care services and a highly professional staff. I was referred here for cataract surgery because of a coexisting eye problem. Dr. Chang has experience and expertise in both. Although it is still early on in the recovery process for me, I could not be happier with the results.
