I am VERY displeased with your treatment of my mother and her prep for surgery. How dare you show her a video to explain the difference in the surgeries that only created fear. The sole Purpose of that video was to scare her into getting the uncovered surgery. Showing how imprecise the manual surgery is and how perfect the laser is. Of course the laser isn't covered By the insurance. Quite a crappy ploy using fear to motivate your greed. I will def not be coming back nor referring ANYONE to your practice. Amazing LASIK experience with Dr. D'Ambrosio and his staff. The level of care and professionalism was far above my expectations. As for the procedure, I could not be happier with my results :)
Horrible is all I can say. Gave my 4 year old grandson a script he couldn't see with. After two return trips and them tell I.g us he needs to get used to them we went to Boston's children's. He got his new glasses today with a new prescription and he is so happy. Kept pointing out things he could see! Wasted 400.00 at dambrosio and dealt with really rude employees.
