Great experience! Was greeted by friendly and helpful staff! Was seen within a reasonable wait time and had a very thorough exam, would definitely recommend visiting D'Ambrosio eye for your eye care!

I had lasik done on both eyes yesterday. I was a nervous wreck all of the staff I was with were all amazing. The procedure was so fast (3mins an eye) and painless. I was out and on my way home immediately after. I wish I had done this year's ago! Thank you!!
Went in because my vision was blurry. All the employees were extremely welcoming, informative,and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and helped me get into a pair of glasses that were perfect for me. They were also very accommodating when it came to my financial situation and were able to help me find a pair of glasses that I could afford without pressuring me to buy something out of my price range. Thank you so much for all your help!!!
Excellent, thorough eye care! After wearing cheaters for years, I can see so much better through my new prescription reading glasses!
An hour and 13 minutes into our appointment. Have yet to see the doctor. We've been left to die in the waiting room. I told them that my son always has to get the drops to dilate his eyes twice. She said ok good, I'll make sure to check on him. Hasn't happened. Getting ready to bail on this whole thing. I believe that this office does not care about their patients. Or maybe they don’t care about their Masshealth patients. I live an hour away from this office. My job is half way between my house, and this office. In order for me to bring my son to an appointment, I have to keep him out of school for the whole day. I bring him to my mother’s house, which is close to my job. This avoids me having to waste so much time from work & driving. Needless to say I have to go through a ...Continue Reading
I just waited an hour at D'Ambrosio Eye Care in Lancaster Mass for my 18 month old baby to have her vision checked per request of early intervention... An hour and they did not even see her. the appointment was scheduled for 2:20 p.m and by 3:20 p.m. I had to walk out without her being seen as I had a conference call scheduled for 3:30 p.m. thinking I had enough time..
