Thought they were top notch till apparently something was misplaced an they called the gardner pd to search my husband, then proceeded to have the police stand by till his exam was over in case he was mad... he's not as close to being mad as I am,,, wondering when the apoligy for the humiliating experience they caused him is going to come.....
I took my son to the Athol location, the Doctor was very NICE and Professional , however the girl that works as her assistant ruins it for the whole experience , She is extremely RUDE, Unfriendly, she talks down to you , No Personality What so Ever! I was Not happy with the way , she acted towards my 10 year old son, after the exam , She asked me without any explanation, if he is Autistic ? which he isn't , I didn't know why she felt the need to ask that !?!?! Friendly, smiling staff and knowledgeable doctors!
I had cataract surgery here. There were complications, 3 months later I still have blurred vision and cannot drive at night. They will not waive the co-pay even though my eye is worse now than before surgery.
I have been a patient for 20+ years. I have always been pleased with the care and service I receive!
I never felt like a patient here. I felt like an object used to charge my insurance. A couple days ago I received a text message reminder to go back to accompany the phone calls and post cards. Thanks but no thanks.
