The going back and forth from room to room and waiting so long no matter how early we come a 30 min appointments turns into 90 min. Sure they are nice but I rather not sit around waiting so long.
Going on hour 5 of waiting for a call back from an on-call doctor. My 3 year old had a procedure done to her tear duct last week. The probe is now partially exposed with her eye becoming increasingly irritated. 5 hours, 3 calls for a call back from an on-call doctor???? Totally unexceptable!
DO NOT GO HERE. STAFF IS AWFUL. I can't even get a prior authorization for my son's eye drops so I've had to pay out of pocket for them because I can't even get a call back. Not even that, but his doctor says, I want to see him back in 2 weeks, then has no openings, for 3 weeks to a month. Done. And they wonder why they're losing patients. Ridiculous.
Amanda from the Athol office did an amazing job with my 4 year old son today! She was able to calm him down after he was scared to get his eyes checked. She definately should be recognized for having such good patience and great patient care!
