Sara A. is good, but don't appreciate being told to lose weight by her. I left the appt very discouraged and pissed. I get this said by pretty much every Dr . I see and I'm about ready to stop going to any Dr. I know what I should do, don't need it rubbed in my face, and don't need it brought up all the time. if it keeps up, I'll switch to another female eye Dr through this company. I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but I'm very discouraged

RecommendedJust had Laser cataract surgery done by Dr. Joann Chang M.D. Can't say enough about her and the surgery. She is excellent and very caring Dr. . If you need cataract surgery I highly recommend Dr. Chang to do it. I can't enough about her and the way she treated me. Excellent follow up also.
We go to Acton, 5 star rating. Dr. Erickson is just so in tune with your eye care, and very professional. They take more insurances now, too. Sean in Acton is fantastic with fitting glasses, and is very personable. Highly recommend the Acton location if you are near it.
My family's worst experience with an eye doctor! Negligence to the max!!! every chance I got, I make sure to express my feelings!
I visited the Leominster office year ago. Since I’ve moved I tried the Action office. Terrible experience. Won’t go back.

The Lancaster location is great but it seems like their Fox St. location in Fitchburg has been forgotten. The landscape has not been addressed and the building looks rough.
