Scheduled appt to review MRI after having XRay 5 months earlier for injury. MRI showed torn meniscus and was prepared for my 11/13 appt. Got a call from a scheduler on 11/10 at 11 am that confirmed appt but asked for the XRays taken 5 months ago. I told this person I would order them to be sent to them and did so and was told they would get there Tuesday (day after yesterday's appt). Dr. Kooima is always trying to do what is best for the particular patient. In my case, she is very much aware of my medical history, as well as my goals and desires. From that, she could help me determine if this is the best time for my operation.
Very Highly Recommended! Dr, Kooima expertly performed surgery on my torn Supraspinatus, when I dislocated my shoulder in May. She did an Outstanding job repairing the tear. After 6 months of therapy and recovery my rotator cuff is approaching full movement and strength, and low to no pain throughout the entire recovery process. Thank You!

I came in for cortisone shots in my knees. Not the most pleasant procedure. Dr.Kooima does an amazing job with the prep and actual injections. It had been a year since x-rays were done, so x-rays were taken.
