Dr. Kooima knows her stuff and took the time to review MRIs with me and explain findings. She was efficient without sacrificing the human element. Highly recommend. Not related to Dr. Kooima but to the practice at Val Vista - I waited in lobby for nearly an hour after check in. I was told that Mondays and Thursdays you should expect a wait. Also, the new patient forms are lengthy - fill them out in advance!
I rarely feel like any Doctor these days really care and have the best interest in healing there patients, all about money. Dr. Kooima have a little hope.
I'm so glad that I found Dr. Kooima! She explained everything so I could understand it and she was so patient and kind when I asked her a million questions. I would HIGHLY recommend her.
Dr. Kooima was so nice and kind to me. Explained the knee replacement surgery and the recovery time. She was very caring and helpful. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
Doctor Kooima needs to show a little empathy when s patient is in pain. I felt like Doctor Kooima was rude and mean.

The visit was great. I did not spend too much time in the waiting room. I was able to get X-rays at the same location and schedule an MRI also. Dr. Kooima was fantastic!!!!
