First couple of years with my regular PCP was a waste, and time lost, in retrospect. Finally, I got to Dr. Kooima. First time in she nailed it with my right knee. Later, left knee evaluated. I am extremely happy she is knowledgeable about sports and exercise and is able to consider and advise on my individual concerns and situation. Any future injuries - no one but Dr. Kooima. No point in going with less than the best.
Dr Kooima was very personable, professional & made sure my concerns were addressed. She asked alot of questions about my issues & explained what was seen on my xrays & discussed a recommended plan with me & made sure I understood & agreed with the plan. Will definitely refer Dr Kooima to friends & will continue to see her as needed.

Office staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Kooima was thorough. Explained everything well and made me feel like she cared.
She was prompt, thorough with her exam and communicated the diagnosis and plan going forward.
This was my first appointment and I felt very comfortable with her. I will need to go back to get an injection in my knee after insurance approval.
Everyone was friendly top to bottom.. I would recommend this office to anyone if asked..
While office was extremely busy, did not feel rushed. Dr K listened and understood my problem and explained what was going on and options for treatment.
Dr. Kooima just finished with my second knee replacement. I have already talked with friends on her behalf. I made the right choice for my doctor. Her PA Bates is also very knowledgeable and very good.
