Was very pleased with Dr Kooima Very professional. She examined me and then discussed my issues with my shoulder. Suggested PT and then a cortisone shot which I did. Was very patient, gentle and understanding. Obviously, Dr Kooima is at the top of her game when it comes to shoulders.
Dr. Koomia is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. She explains everything and always ask if you have any questions or concerns.

This was my first visit to Dr Kooima and she listened to all my concerns. She showed me the results of the MRI and explained what I could expect. I could tell she was “all business” and needed to adhere to a concise visit, but she did have eye contact with me and gave me suggestions for going forward.
I appreciated her willingness to spend the time to answer all my questions and to encourage me in my recovery. After having both knees replaced, I needed that encouragement that I was healing at the normal pace.
