When I arrived at the office, I was checked in within a few minutes. The woman checking me in was so helpful. Then I was taken back for an X-ray. The technician was patient and the process very quick. Dr. Kooima answered all my questions thoroughly and went over my X-rays in detail. I left the office with knowledge of exactly what was going on and options I could take. Thank you, everyone for being such caring and courteous professionals.

My left shoulder needed rotator cuff surgery around 10 years ago and Dr, Kooima did a fantastic job, I have ZERO problems with my left shoulder today, I lift lots a weights !! Now my right rotator cuff is messed up and I will not let anyone else except Cynthia Koomia perform surgery if needed
Dr Kooima listens to you and then explains in detail what is happening and what will be the best path to follow to get better. She is truly an amazing doctor!
