Awesome build this is my second time in 3 years ever holding a pc in my hands, great experience. Only con is that the build takes forever and they put did charge a lot for a pc I could've easily built for $800. (If the parts I wanted weren't out of stock and heavily scalped) Overall great experience and love the new pc.

My computer build was Excellent. My attempt to get any real status, not so good but check my footnote in the end. To start, I would easily order from CLX gaming and here is why: 1. I want to say my computer arrived and I have been enjoying the use of the system since November when I ordered it. But, that is not the case. Unfortunately, I ran into problems as soon as the computer was plugged in. I wont go into details of my issues, but I will explain that CLX and their customer service team went above and beyond to insure my satisfaction with their machine. Everything was built just like I requested on their storefront. The Motherboard/CPU/RAM speed, everything matched up. Did have to adjust RAM speed in bios to 3200mhz, but that was fine. Love the Computer, ordered the Horus model. Even with the parts shortages in the Pandemic they did everything they could to ensure my PC was built so it could be shipped. Would definitely order from them again.

Overall experience has been great so far. Order was shipped within the shipping window and arrived quickly. There are some minor fit and finish issues with the case that could be better, but overall for a custom built PC, CLX has done a great job.

the PC was very well packed and delivered with care. The team at CLX, Alec (sales team) and Cooper (the support team) were very helpful, provided me with constant updates on my build, and also on-time as they promised. Overall, very happy with the PC, it is performing very well with no problem. Got me a ***** 5, 3070 build and it looks sweet, they even made sure to pay attention to detail too.

We received a gaming computer that was unable to hook up to WiFi with a strength of more than 1 of 5 bars, no matter where we placed in the house. I would estimate that we have used a dozen or more computers or devices in our home and have never had any connectivity problems from anywhere in the house. I tried to reach the customer service line to see if we needed to buy a booster or specific WiFi adapter for the computer, but was unable to get through to anyone on the phone after waiting for 45 minutes. terrible customer service. basically told me i am out of luck and cannot buy their product. made no effort to solving purchasing issue

The customer made an order, but it was cancelled, because of the payment processor declining to approve the transaction, due to a question regarding the accuracy of the shipping address.
