Ordered my first PC from Cybertron, didn't spend a whole lot on my PC but I was able to see all the available customizations and what I could fit into my price range. When my order came in it was well protected in its shipping cardboard box, little box full of all the instructions I needed and even the motherboard a RBG fan instructions. I have purchased pre-built gaming PCs before, but this was the first time I chose to have one custom built. While I have not had a chance to really put the components to the test yet, my experience with the CLX website, their processing, and timely delivery were excellent. A few of the parts I wanted were on back order from other similar companies, but CLX had the parts in stock and they were able to promise delivery almost 4 weeks quicker than their competitors.

I bought a PC from Cybertron back in 2015 and it worked really well for the 6+ years I've had it. Based on that, I was not at all hesitant to get an upgraded PC from them again, here in 2021. The CLX website is full of information on all the units available and the customization to add/subtract components when 'building' my own is extremely easy to use. Placed an order on March 3rd for a case, said it was supposed to be shipped by the 5th, still has not moved. Emailed support and sales, no response. Called and waited on hold for 45 min with sales until I had to hang up.

We apologize to the customer for the issue encountered with the order, and in contacting us. As to the order, there was an inventory error that caused the particular chassis to be shown as available, when in fact it was not. Unfortunately, due to a misstep in internal communications, the error was not brought to the attention of the appropriate team members at the time. It was nice getting to choose the components that i wanted. Great communication during the entire process. Super fast shipping.
Purchasing was easy. I was able to select every component I wanted for my new PC with no issues. Computer is fast and very quiet. Communication was great throughout the entire process
I can't yet give a 5 star because my computer is so new, but thus far it has been running wonderfully for me.
So far so good. Really enjoying my new PC. Everything was easy to understand.
