PC arrived today. It only took about 10 days from order to delivery. PC assembled well with good cord management. Fair price compared to buying and shipping individual parts at retail price. Saves massive time on the actual build, and you still get the pc with the specs you want. The pc builder on CLX matches with only compatible parts keeping you from making any slight goofs in choosing your parts. As a whole, I'd recommend using CLX to build a custom PC especially if you don't have the time to assemble the thing yourself.

Purchased my PC after the 3080 came out, the only available option to pick up the card at the time. Shipped out after what seemed like forever, and the card's broken. Took ages to argue them into replacing the card, shipped it back, it was returned to sender, so I needed to ship it out a second time. After the second time shipping the card out, finally it was replaced, with another broken card. I was blamed for damages, no refund, no meaningful apology, computer has had constant problems from poor cable setup and case layout... read more

I've built three systems over the last 15 years. This time around I decided to let experts handle it. I selected a custom build, rather than many of the CLX pre-built options. The customization process can be daunting because of the myriad products, technical specifications, fit, and compatibility issues. CLX did a fantastic job with the customization process. I purchased a build on 14FEB2021, it arrived 3 weeks later with a strip of LED's on the case not working and a non functioning graphics card. I spent a couple days emailing customer service and got a replacement graphics card and top panel for the case. The replacement panel arrived completely unusable, all mounting posts were broken and the panel itself appeared to be dragged/stepped on with the plastic housing being cracked. Although the PC was delayed due to supply shortages, once I received the computer I was very pleased. I would have given 5 stars, but the order status on their website is not very accurate.

This was my first experience buying a pre-built computer instead of buying my own due parts availability. I am very happy with my computer; everything looks and is running great. My complaint would be the communication. My order was delayed once and the only notification I received was an automated email. I tried calling customer service to see what the problem was and I waited for an hour on hold with no answer. They use a 7 step process that is supposed to be updated throughout.
