I have just logged into my new clx-built gaming PC. I am so excited to get started! However, I could have had this several weeks ago had someone told me that the graphics card I had selected was out of stock. I didn't find out until I had enough watching my shipping estimate get delayed multiple times without any communications, so I emailed them asking what was going on. Great machine! My son loves it. Great for the games he couldn't play with his old machine.
I had them build my Dream Pc and they did great! Great shipping. I received it and had 3 fans without lights. I called customer support and had it fixed really fast and really simple...just some loose connections. They are a really awesome group! Highly recommend 10/10 will use again!

I can't speak about the longevity of this machine as I only just received it today (the day of this review). The process was extraordinarily smooth and so long as one's done enough research about the product they're buying ahead of time, they shouldn't have a problem with their purchase. I understand that some PC's come with defective parts, but it doesn't seem like one of the tech's at CLX would make a mistake to cause this. My pc came with the wrong motherboard which they do not even have for sale on their website. I tried contacting them about it but they would not listen to me and said since it said I ordered the motherboard on the receipt I had to get via email since I was not provided one through the website or shipped with the box even though if I truly wanted this motherboard with only two ram slots I would not be able to buy it from them. The only problem was monitor came without a power cord. Otherwise everything is great, packaging really secured protection for shipping.

I love this company. This is the second custom-built computer I have bought from them. I bought the first one almost four years ago and it is still going strong. I just felt it was time for an upgrade. I shopped around, and came right back to them because I trust them. I got just what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Computer fired up right out of the box and looks awesome. I will no doubt be back in another four years to upgrade again to my third-generation Cybertron/CLX. Thanks guys!
