Original order was in "Parts Picking" phase for 10 days before the final day of the ETA window. The company then pushed back the ETA by an additional two weeks with no notification other than an automated email. After contacting them through the website, the PC was put together and shipped in four days after the original latest date. The PC runs great, and I was able to get a hard-to-get 3070 by going for pre-built, but the late arrival and lack of communication ended up causing some professional problems for me.

I went Hâ?¢Aâ?¢M and ordered a PC made of pure unobtanium (MSI x570 Godlike mobo, Radeon RX 6900 XT, & a Ryzen 9 5900X) and I can't believe Cybertron sourced all of the parts so quickly. The system looks great, and came with minimal OEM touches to the OS and no bloatware. My only real fault with the experience is that I wish they would have contacted me and asked if I would like to add a GPU support brace or a vertical mount since this was an oversight on my behalf. This company is selling too many products at low quality to keep up with, I have tried 4 different times to call their techs support to be on hold for 45 minutes and get an answering machine. I emailed them as well and over the past 5 days I have gotten 3 responses to my almost 15 replies. The computer came with graphics issues and windows 10 was faulty. I am very impressed. They did an awesome job delivering a top notch experience. I asked for some minor changes last minute to my order and they happily accommodated. I suggest checking the cables when your product arrives as with traveling they could/can come loose. I have ordered from competitors in the past but I would absolutely order from this company again. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for a superior pc gaming experience!!!
I bought my computer through ******** April 2020. In early January of 2021 my computer started rebooting and shutting down randomly. I contacted *** gaming regarding this problem. Order 301069. The PC was shipped with the incorrect fans and a dead SSD. A replacement set of fans were shipped to me, but those were still the wrong ones as they required an additional cable to make them work. Cybertron told me I would need to buy my own cable and gave me the link to an internet site to purchase this cable (with the promise to refund). Our CLX PC came with a bad graphics card and they said that they will give us a refund. It's been 3 months and they still have not gave it to us. Unacceptable.
