I was looking for a hosting service for some time and was grateful to have come upon Cybersalt. They were very supportive with the needs of my website and I would definitely use them again! It was so nice to have someone to consult with and not have to go through some chatbot or speak with somebody that was not sympathetic to the needs we had in the moment.

I contacted Tim pretty much as a last result to help with a once-off technical problem. Tim brought many ideas to bear, and took the problem on board and produced a number of solutions that helped the resolution. His experience and knowledge of the Joomla sphere is second to none, and he engages with such good grace and enthusiasm. I cannot recommend Cybersalt enough.

Applying great expertise and thoroughness, he offered help beyond-the-basics and, afterwards, gave me an explanatory video about the process, and outcome, which conveyed a lot of valuable information.
