The installation of windows went smoothly from start to finish, and my questions were answered promptly. The installers worked steadily and very hard. The outcome of the window exceeded more than our expectations. So wonder! Not only do we have a tighter window, but it has also reduced outside noise dramatically and they are so easy to open and close. We love our new windows and hope to replace more in the future. :D
A great team to work with when we needed a new Door in the middle of winter. The salesman was not pushy and the delivery time was on time. We plan to use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

These are the worst windows ever!!!! 6 months after having them, I had 6 windows crack. Got the glass replaced under the warranty, which was a hassle. They all have drafts as well. You can see the gaps. Now I have more glass that is cracked/shattered. I am currently up to 8 windows that are broken..... A terrible factory, employees work in extremely unsafe and inhumane work environment. Anyone intending to buy insulated glass window made by the Crystal should ask the question: is this a qualified product? Part of the Crystal's coated glass products doesn't wear off the coating, which means that after years of window installation the designed performance would not be achieved.
