I ordered 6 windows from them back in 2015 and now 4 of them had issue with the spring it has fallen down and now the window can’t close. When I called them the told me warranty is only 1 year and it’s 85 for a service ca and 140 per hour for labor . The windows are only 4 years old and already having problems. No wonder warranty is only one year. They know their product is crappy and won’t last!
