The worst company I have ever dealt with. Made all 41 windows incorrectly twice and now just received them wrong for the 3rd time. Customer service is awful they don't return calls do not do buisness with this company.
I bought 57 windows from Crystal Windows in Febuary 2005, it was not even a month before pieces on the windows began to fall apart. That first year they made four or five repairs on those windows, with the promise to repair the windows. After that first year they told me I would have to pay for repairs. When you open the window the handle falls off, the window stops are broken, and some of the springs have fallen off. RecommendedI purchase hardware for s window. Did not install and company does not offer refund. It's not customized. Was sold from inventory on hand. Don't understand. Poor customer relationship and company policy
I've had Crystal windows now since 2006..the main picture window in my living room has now fogged up considerably .....do you have any kind of a warranty? Or. Am I just stuck with foggy windows from now on? Your answer please ......RJ Putnam-Vall ph 760 5102687.
