Windows were a great price, that's why it's 2 stars, however pretty much every single window crank has broken, rendering the actual windows USELESS if you can't open or close them.

It was all amazing throughout the whole process, the sales person was knowledgeable and nice. Had a small issue which was resolved quickly and communicating was always easy, they always respond to my emails which was a refreshing experience too. Windows were great and the installation went smoothly as expected them to be.

They showed up when they said they would, didn't make a mess, instead, they cleaned up right after the place where they worked on and super easy to communicate with. They installed two sets of windows for me. I was a great service they rendered us.
They had the best window quality that we had so far. Their services were impeccable called for them to repair our sliding window and the following day they came earlier than the scheduled time which was a plus for us. Their staffs were nice, friendly and professional. Highly recommended company.
