Synergy Plus LLC is a professional Window dealer and installer. We have been using Crystal windows for more than 15 years. I like their Series 200 fully welded vinyl windows which are energy star certified and number 1 seller in all vinyl line. Their after service is also very responsive and highly efficient. I highly recommend their windows to Window professionals no matter you need windows for residential or commercial.
So I'm a foreman for a residential developer in the process of building 47 homes in this one development in Massachusetts. I had a issue with one upper sash and the rep told me that there are no service techs in our area, and to YouTube a video on how to fix, which there aren't for your product, or even on your own website. Needless to say will discontinue using your product.
I checked their website and got their contact. Their representative answered all my inquiries and gave me all the details needed. I bought 8 set of windows from Crystal Window. Everything was delivered on time and exactly what I ordered!
I was so impressed with their doors and aluminum windows. The quote was affordable. Also, thank you to their sales representative who gave us all the details we wanted. Keep up the good work!
My contractor ordered windows from them. He gave them money to manufacture the windows and they took the money but never delivered the windows. They said it was moved to their Pennsylvania facility and couldnt located it in the facility. What kind of company cant locate their merchandise. Tried to call them to discuss but go the run around. Upset that one star is the least I am able to give this company, would live to give them a half a star if I could. Spoke to James at extension 2486 and he was not helpful.
