I have a problem with their products. Their service department did not want to help. I bought their windows only a few months more than one year and one glass of the windows cracked itself. And another double hang air went between the glass less than one year. The service department guy Jason said double hang window warranty period was 20 years but did not want to fix it free of charge. The other crack one (a big window glass cracked from bottom to the top) has only one year warranty!! Other manufacturer products are althoug... read more
The windows from Crystal Windows are okay, but they only sell one model of patio door, which is supposedly energy start. It bows in the middle. I had numerous call backs before they installed a special piece in the middle to reinforce the door. Now the weatherstripping has come out and salesman Grant M is no longer answering my phone calls. The door is a year old and it is of poor quality as far as I am concerned. Do yourself a favor and buy a better door from someone else.
