Horrible company horrible experience. My contractor installed a brand new Hopper window in my basement from them. When we took the sticker off there was a big scratch down the middle of the glass. It took them two weeks to get the replacement glass. When their technician came to my house he caused damage to my walls all he could say was sorry my bad. I'm very happy with the double hung windows I bought from Crystal. Their rep was very informative and he knew what he was talking about.
