They won’t make you wait for your orders long, if they say that they can deliver the order on a certain date, it’s true. Everything was intact and well packaged. Purchased several windows from this company from their Missouri location and all have what looks to be MOLD growing in between the window panes. Because it is on the i side of the panes, it is unreachable and the windows have to be replaced. When we called the company we were given the option of buying g new windows minus the cost of glass or driving over 5 hours to get new glass from the nearest location but we would then need to pay someone to replace it. They have great customer service and at the same time high-quality products that will fit your budget and needs. They easily respond to any queries which are good since you can’t always visit their office for your concerns or the availability of a design. Diligent and friendly workers. Hands down to that.
