Quality, my nails turned out way too thick and bumpy for what you are paying, never again. Disappointed to feel rushed out as well.
Been coming here for about a year. Yesterday, they lost me as a customer. They charged me 60 dollars for a child's hand and feet gel polish. Plus the pedicure I received was the fastest most sloppy work I've ever experienced. The price menu is not clear on purpose so that they justify their ridiculous prices.

I am genuinely upset with my service here, especially because I walked out with a damaged nail bed and -$10. I went in for a gel x removal and after the lady drilled my nail down a bit, she kept trying to rip the gel x off with the end of another acrylic nail? I told her not to do that because it was cemented on. Later, after I soaked my nails off and the gel x was jelly like she proceeds to pick off the gel x with cuticle cutter and cuts through my actual nail!! I had shown her a picture of what I wanted exactly. She re did it twice but it still did not look like the cream tip on a natural nail. $70 for these nails…. So not worth it. She originally had white on white tips and she tired to fix it and in the end I was done and couldn’t stay because after 1.5 hours I had my kids to pick up. Stay way from this place. The nails she used burned and she brushed it off as part of the material but honestly a heads up would have been nice. I still tipped her $10 because her time was spent but... read more
