We have had our water system replaced by them, couldn't be more happy.... we had orange water as we are on well. We now have clear water .... Very professional company .... highly recommended....
We had a complete water loss on 4/19. With 3 horses 3 dogs a home and barn, needless to say we were devastated at 8pm at night. We called George, the on call tech who offered to come out in 15 minutes. Because it was pitch black out on our property and the mares were already bedded down for the night, George assured us we'd be a "priority" in the am. 930am Vinnie was at our gate and went right to the CHASE!!!! Very pleased after my well pump went out on a Saturday Easter weekend. They came and replaced it the same day I called. Fast efficient. I would definitely use them again
Their technician explained the issues with my well and were able to fix it efficiently as well as letting me know all of my options and possible scenarios prior to starting the job.

These people have helped make my life so much better. They have been there everytime to replace my water system 3 years ago and yesterday when I had no water withi a couple of hours they were there until after dark with headlamps on replacing my well pump until 10 pm. We take for granted all the water we have will be there every time we flush or turn on the water, water our lawns, but it is a precious commodity and Crystal Clear Water has been there for me and I do so appreciate their service they perform for our communities... read more
