Excellent service through all the years I have had them.
Was not happy with them. Good luck if you have Crystal Clear Water. Did they tell you your equipment is not working and will need to be replaced. I was at work and got a call from CCW and I asked a friend to go and see what was up. The equipment was fine. But they would have charged me for labor & the air tank over 250.00. If did not send my friend I would not have known.BEWARE!!! Bad business practices

The technician was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained what he had done and actually asked me what times I wanted for the regeneration start and finish. Great service.
Hate my water. Lots of money and nothing but problems, and a house that has the nasty sulpher smell. Every time they come out ,tell me I need to spend money on something. I had good water before I installed their system, now I can't stand my house or water.
