Crystal Clear came last week and did not leave enough salt in the salt tank or clean my sediment filter. Matt came today and added another bag of salt and cleaned my sediment filter and did and excellent job. Thank you Matt. This is an employee that cares about his customers and his job.

Had our monthly WHRO system done, the tech did a very professional and thorough job, we are pleased with the service and will recommend Crystal Clear to others.

Recently moving from Kauai to Florida has been an experience, but discovering our system was not providing clean water was a new experience. When your water smells of sulfur, we had to do something quick. Luckily from reviews we read we selected Crystal Clear. We received great service and products. However, if you receive a promo discount in the mail, but the sales rep offers a different promo, make certain to question which promo applies. Scheduling was a slight issue, but not enough to warrant a lesser review.

Had the system installed ($4200+) in April'17. No one came to do the maintenance until I called about it in Aug. They did apologize and came out two days later. Our well water was nasty and now is clean, no odor and tastes great. Hopefully everything continues that way!

Vinny had to come out to my house twice because my system is old and had multiple leaks. He took his time and fixed it right both times. He was professional and very polite!
