I had no water coming into my home. I called Crystal Clear Water and Tim came out and diagnosed the problem (turned out that a gecko had shorted out the switch). Tim replaced the switch and I now have water. Great job and a great man.

We were having trouble with the system shutting down. Called Crystal and they responded quickly. The repair tech, Andrew, analyzed and replaced the dysfuntional equipment within a half hour. I can't say enough about Andrew, he is the best. I was quite pleased with work overall. I don't think there is a better water purification company.
Just had filters changed on my RO system after 1 year as recommended. Test prior to change was zero. Great to know we have great drinking water.

T.J. put in our system and we were very happy with him. He explained things well and was very personable. We did have some billing issues due to Crystal Clear's computer system being down due to Hurricane Irma. It was quite frustrating trying to get to get it solved; however, after multiple calls, Nikki finally found our payment and sent us a new statement showing that our balance was paid in full. It was nice to talk to someone who finally took care of the situation in a professional way. Thank you T.J. and Nikki!
Service tech was excellent. He didn't have one small part and said he would be back with it in a couple of days. He got my water tanks righted after Irma had knocked them down, so I didn't have to wait. He came back when he said he would and everything is working great.
