I had an appointment with Crystal Clear Water on April 25--the tech that came called when he was about 15 minutes away--I really appreciated this courtesy-- Sorry I don't know the tech's name because he was extremely professional--he changed the filters under my kitchen sink, explaining what he was doing and why-- I am extremely pleased with this company!!
