The technician who came to do the install had no idea what he was installing and had to return on another day because of the lack of communication. Once installed I noticed that old parts from my previous system were used (rusty gauges etc.) In the span of the first 90 days after the install I have had to have them out 3 times for a non-working system or black water issues. On the occasions you need service, I highly recommend you ask for Andrew - you won't be disappointed. He is friendly and very well qualified. He actually listens to the customer and focuses on resolving the customer's problem. Andrew will refresh your memory of what is meant by "five star service".
I have been under contract with a maintenance plan. I called today because my rust system is not working there’s no power, but my softener is still working. Found out I have to pay $85 for them to come out plus parts and labor. What in the world am I paying maintenance for. I’ve already had the tanks re-bedded at $1500. I would not recommend this company I highly would recommend Culligan. I had them before I bought this current house and never had to pay for them to come out and fix my system.
I had to have a whole new system put in. Aaron came out to install it and the filter under my sink. He was the nicest young man and did an excellent job. We have had a lot of rain lately so he had to do some of the work in the rain. I highly recommend Crystal Clear for any service they provide.
