I have had some issues in the past with Crystal Clear, but they have done everything I have asked and MORE to make everything right! Shout out to TIM who is so helpful, and great at what he does!!! And shout out to MELISSA who has gone over and above in every aspect with us!!! Approx. 4 years ago when we bought out home here in Florida we purchased a new system from Crystal Clear Water and haven't had any issues with them. On a monthly basis they come out to service and add salt to the system. I can't say enough about this company. Everyone is so polite and cordial. I highly recommend this company for the best service and products. Also their Osmosis Water Purification System ( i have mine under the kitchen sink) and also run my ice maker off of it. A bit of a mix up in the beginning but, the young ladies in the office went above and beyond to help is. The young men who came out to pit in a well pump for us were also wonderful. Would not hesitate to recognize.
per the usual: the technician was friendly and forthcoming; on time and finished in a timely manner, leaving zero mess behind; provided answers to all the questions. Excellent everything and of course it is wonderful water.
