I called Crystal Clear to settle a matter with their employee doing my maintenance and I was not happy. The project manager, called me and he said, if you are unhappy with our service, you can get your refund back. I was so surprised to get a call from the office. He was pleasant and listen. He said, customer service is our main priority. It is why I give the company 5 stars because they took their time to follow up and listen.
Crystal Clear has been great. Not only have they done a good job keeping our RO system up to par they have put up with me when any issues have popped up which they will with anything that has moving parts. Kudos to Crystal Clear. I highly recommend them for your water needs!
Lyndsey has always been the best to answer my questions in a way I can understand! Techs are always courteous and leave a door tag to let you know they were there. We have used their conditioner/softener maintenance service for over a year now and just upgraded to a whole house reverse osmosis system. Our water tastes amazing and no more buying bottled water!!! Highly recommend!
The technician who answered my service call, phoned me prior to his arrival, and arrived when he said he would. Vinny, examined the problem and provided me with options, then within the hour he asked me to accompany him to my background where he explained in detail everything he did. I watched as he recharged my water system, and we waited to ensure that the leak was fixed. Upon my satisfaction, he policed the area for trash, said goodbye. On previous visits Vinny has demonstrated the same level of professionalism.
